Smoked Everything Chicken

*Season both sides of the chicken thighs lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

*NOTE: Be careful on adding too much salt due to the Everything seasoning having salt in it.

*Add chicken to a foil pan in one layer. Season the top of the chicken thighs generously with everything bagel seasoning.

*Add 1 stick of butter that has been cut into slices around the foil pan and in between the chicken thighs.

*Preheat a smoker to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the foil pan in the center of the smoker and allow to smoke for 1-1.5 hours. Remove chicken from the foil pan and place directly on the grates. Continue cooking until the skin is slightly crispy and the internal temperature is 165-175 degrees Fahrenheit.

*OPTIONAL quick sauce. In a medium sauce pan on medium low heat, add 1/2 cup of the smokey butter and chicken juices from the foil pan, 1/2 Cup hot sauce, a splash of worcestershire, 1/2 Tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk and heat until warm.

*Serve everything chicken with the optional sauce.

Enjoy!
