Instructions

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and 1 egg until completely combined. Roll cookies into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2 inches apart. Press cookies with a lightly greased fork to create the classic peanut butter cookie hash marks. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes. IMPORTANT: Let the cookies cool completely so they firm up a bit and don’t fall apart. Enjoy!
